Cabel is a husband and father of three who feels most at home outdoors — building, designing, and working alongside others to create something meaningful. With degrees in Fine Art, Graphic Design, and Education, and over a decade as an educator, he brings both creativity and clear communication to every project.
He takes time to sit down with clients, talk through their ideas, and really understand how they want to use their space. Together, you’ll explore what works, what doesn’t, and what will truly serve your property long term. He can sketch and visualize concepts so you can see your vision take shape before construction begins.
From that first conversation to the final detail, Cabel leads with patience and precision — turning ideas into outdoor spaces that feel right and are built to last.

Jordan Esquivel
Jordan is a husband and father of two — with one more on the way — who values faith, family, and hard work. A proud Air Force Reserve veteran with over a decade of service, including two Middle East deployments, he brings discipline, leadership, and structure to 3:23 Mountain Men.
He ensures every project is built the right way — up to code, properly permitted when required, and aligned with industry standards that protect both the homeowner and the crew. Safety, accountability, and long-term durability are non-negotiables.
In addition to his work in construction, Jordan serves his community as a mental health therapist, strengthening relationships and building trust with the families he supports. That same commitment to integrity, communication, and care carries into every client interaction.

Freddy is a dedicated husband and proud father of three who takes pride in hard work and providing for his family. Outside of the job site, he enjoys working on projects at home, maintaining equipment, and continually sharpening his hands-on skills.
With over 10 years of specialized experience in paver installation, water features, ponds, rockscaping, and structural hardscape construction, Freddy understands that what’s beneath the surface is just as important as what you see.
From detailed pond builds and cascading waterfalls to precision-laid paver patios and natural stone features, his craftsmanship ensures every project is properly prepared, structurally sound, and built to last.
